1．范围
本标准规定了电工用无碱玻璃纤维网格带的产品规格＼技术要求＼检验规则等。
由硅烷表面前处理的无碱玻璃纤维纱织造成带，具有强度高与树脂结合好的特点。已广泛用于干式
变压器线圈、铁芯的绑扎。
2．规格与技术要求 。
若要求其它不同规格，可由供需双方协商解决。
3．检验规则
无碱玻璃纤维网格带的试验方法和验收规定按JCl76—80(96)《玻璃纤维制品试验方法》进行；外观分等按JC285—80(96)《无碱玻璃纤维外观规定》进行。
4．包装、标志、运输和贮存
每盘网格带用含纸芯或塑芯定长卷取，先放塑料袋，再放入纸箱包装。每箱应附有产品合格证，并在箱上标明产品名称、规格、重量、生产批号、日期及制造厂名称。
在运输和贮存中应避免受潮和损伤。
Eglass-fiber Plain net tape
1.Application fields:
The standard rules the specification, technical performance and testing regulation of the E glass-fiber tape for electrical using.
The tape is woven out of E-glass yamtreated with the silane size. It has the advantages of high strength and excellent compatibility with sundry resins, so it has been widely used to biud winding coil and wound core in dry-type transformer.

3.Testing rules
The test of the products will accord to the rules, which have been formulated in (The testing methods of glass-fiber products} JC 176-80 (96). And shape classing will accord to the rules, which have been formulated in ((The shape classing of Eglass-fiber)) JC285-80(96).
4. Packing, marking, transporting and storage
Each Plainnit tapes is winded around a scroll and put into a plastic bag.-P-lairmet tapes will be packed by carton, in which a qualified certificate will be found. The name of product, specification, weight, lot number, producing date and producer will be printed on the carton.
During the transportation and storage please avoid damp and ruining.
