玻璃纤维经过硅烷表面处理后和环氧树脂具有良好的相容性及浸润性，保证
在浸渍时环氧树脂充分浸润玻璃纤维纱内部。网格布内部无气泡，从而无局
部放电。
机械强度高
玻璃纤维具有相当高的机械强度，常温下截面积相同时其抗拉强度为普通钢
的两倍以上。由玻璃纤维织成的网格布经环氧树脂浸渍后具有相当高的机械
强度。
良好的相容性
网格布使用的树脂为国内大量使用的进口环氧树脂，保证网格布在使用时和浇
注产品的树脂具有良好的相容性。
阻燃、防火
玻璃纤维属于不燃物，并且在其他物质燃烧时吸收热量。阻燃、难燃环氧树脂的
使用以及产品中80％以上玻璃纤维粗纱使网格布具有良好的阻燃、防火性能。
耐热等级高
玻璃纤维为无机物，耐温等级远远超过C(220度)级。通过F级或H级环氧树脂
的使用使网格布具有F级或H级的耐温等级。
良好的公益操作性
独特环氧树脂配方及工艺方法使网格布具有良好柔韧性，使网格布具有良好的
工艺操作性。

Alkali-free, wax-free, high quality fiberglass roving and imported
epoxy resin
can ensure the excellent electric insulation performance. The
fiberglass
covered with silicane on surface has good resin affinity that ensures
the
fiberglass can be easily soaked with resin thoroughly when dipping.
The
fiberglass grid has no air bubble inside so no partial discharge.
High mechanical strength
The fiberglass has quite high mechanical performance. The tensile
strength
at the normal temperature is more than twice of common steel. The
fiberglass
grid after dipped with resin has quite high mechanical strength.
Good compatibility
The resin used for grid is imported epoxy resin and widely used in
China,
which ensures the grid has good compatibility with the resin used in
cast resin
products.
Anti-flaming and fireproofing
The fiberglass is noncombustible material and it can absorb heats when
other
materials are burning. Anti-flaming and nonflammable resin and more
than
80% fiberglass roving of grid make the grid has good anti-flaming and
fireproofing performance.
High insulation class
The fiberglass is inorganic material. The insulation level is far
greater than C
class (220 degrees). Using of the class F or H epoxy resin makes the
insulation class of the fiberglass grid also can reach class F or H.
